Umbrella Base Disclaimer: The umbrella base is sold separately and is not considered part of the umbrella product. It is not required to be purchased from Retro Umbrella Co and may be sourced from third-party retailers. Responsibility for selecting a safe and suitable base rests solely with the purchaser.

Products are for domestic use only unless otherwise agreed. Commercial or outdoor public use is at the customer’s own risk and voids any implied warranties.

We do not warrant that products or Services will meet your expectations or be free from defects.

6. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including those that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date billing and contact information at all times.

23. Consumer Guarantees (Australia)

These Terms do not exclude any rights provided under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

We may request proof of the issue, including photos or written statements. Customers may be asked to sign an agreement discontinuing use of the product as a condition of refund.

Refunds will not be provided for change-of-mind purchases, weather damage, or improper use or installation.
