Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • It must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must include all original packaging materials.

  • The certificate of authenticity (if supplied) must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase must be provided.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, you must first contact us at info@retroumbrella.co. Do not send any item back until we have responded with written approval and return instructions.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and details on how and where to send the item.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All customers are required to inspect their order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Clear photographic evidence of the damage or issue may be requested.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items damaged due to weather, improper installation, or misuse

  • Items that are used, altered, or not returned in their original condition

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please submit a return request and place a separate order for the desired item after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within ten (10) business days.

Please note that bank processing times vary. If you have not received your refund within fifteen (15) business days of approval, please contact us at info@retroumbrella.co.

Abuse Prevention and Refund Conditions

To protect against fraudulent or abusive refund claims, Retro Umbrella Co reserves the right to:

  • Request a signed declaration from the customer agreeing to discontinue all use of the returned product.

  • Require photographic or written proof to verify the legitimacy of the claim.

  • Decline refund or return requests that are determined, at our sole discretion, to be in breach of our Terms of Service or intended to obtain goods without payment.

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
