At Retro Umbrella Co., we want your umbrella to arrive as smoothly as the relaxed outdoor living it brings. Every order ships free Australia-wide, and if you need it sooner you can upgrade to FedEx Express at checkout.
Free Standard Delivery – Aramex
Free on every order, Australia-wide, sent with Aramex. Orders placed before 1pm AEST are packed and collected by the courier the following business day. Please see the timeframes table below and add 1 business day for packing and pickup.
At checkout you can choose either:
- With authority to leave – the courier can leave your order in a safe place if no one is home.
- Signature required – someone needs to be home to sign for your order.
Express – FedEx ($39 per item)
Need it in a hurry? FedEx Express offers next-day delivery after dispatch to most east-coast cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Adelaide and many regional centres usually take around 2 business days, Perth around 3, and remote areas such as Far North Queensland may take longer. As with standard delivery, please allow 1 business day for packing and pickup.
Express is $39 per item, so an umbrella with a base is $78. Umbrellas and bases are sent as separate FedEx consignments, so they may arrive at different times. Where FedEx isn't available or practical for your address, we'll send your order with an equivalent or faster courier.
Please note: The delivery times for both Standard and Express are estimates only. They are not guaranteed by the couriers, so we're unable to guarantee a delivery date.

If you're ordering an umbrella for a specific event, we strongly recommend ordering well in advance or choosing Express. This helps avoid any unexpected delays and ensures your space is ready for your special day.

We work with a small group of couriers chosen for their ability to handle our oversized umbrellas and heavy bases. These timeframes are estimates provided by our couriers and can't be guaranteed by Retro Umbrella Co., but we work closely with them to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
International Orders:
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
