Complimentary Standard Shipping:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 5pm AEST will be collected by our courier the following business day. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please refer to the shipping timeframes table below for an estimate of how quickly we can get your order to you. Remember, these are estimates, and while we can't guarantee these delivery times, we do our best to meet them.
Express Shipping:
Need your umbrella in a hurry? Our Express Shipping option is designed to expedite your order, ensuring next-day delivery after the courier picks it up, excluding regional locations where it may take a bit longer. Please note, Express Shipping is not available for our umbrella bases, with some exceptions possible for our NSW customers. If you're in a pinch and need a base quickly, please email us to see how we can assist.

If you're ordering an umbrella for a specific event, we strongly recommend either placing your order well in advance or opting for Express Shipping. This precaution helps to avoid any potential delays and ensures your space is perfectly prepared for your special day.
