Warranty Coverage:

• 1-Year Craftsmanship Warranty: We cover any faults or defects in the umbrella frame and canopy that arise from the materials used or the workmanship for a full year from the date of purchase.
• 2-Year Fabric Fade Warranty: To guarantee the enduring beauty of your umbrella, we also extend a 2-year warranty against fading of the canopy fabric, ensuring that your outdoor space remains vibrant and stylish.

Upon the purchase and shipment of your umbrella, you will receive our Set Up Instructions and a Care Guide. This guide provides important details on how to correctly use and best maintain your umbrella.

Making a Warranty Claim:

Should you encounter an issue, simply reach out to us with your proof of purchase and detailed photographs of the issue at hand. Our team will assess your claim in light of our warranty conditions. Qualifying claims will lead to the repair or replacement of your umbrella, with Retro Umbrella Co. covering shipping costs within Australia for all valid claims.

Exclusions:

Please note, this warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper installation, accidents, misuse, weather-related damages such as those caused by storms or hail, natural disasters, or any failure to follow our provided care instructions. Additionally, any alterations or repairs carried out by parties other than Retro Umbrella Co. will not be covered.
